Bangla Awas Yojana List 2024
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has launched the Bangla Awas Yojana for the homeless citizens of the state. Through this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh 20 thousand will be provided to the citizens of the state in three installments. This assistance amount will be sent to the bank accounts of the citizens through DBT. So that he can build his own permanent house and live there easily. Under this scheme, the first installment will be provided by the government for 11 lakh houses by the first week of December. Those who have not got houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
The Chief Minister said, “Out of 11 lakh houses, I am giving six lakhs to destitute women from the Minority Department.
